Care Plan

We understand that installing a new, energy-efficient system is a big undertaking. Having peace of mind that your system is operating as efficiently as possible is important to all of our customers and we offer a valuable Care Plan that utilises our dedicated team of specialist service engineers.

Our Care Plan provides:

•  The Heat Pump annual service (the standalone cost is £280)
•  Cover for all Heat Pump internal parts and controls (subject to manufacturers’ warranty – for these issues, we will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf)
•  Remote system monitoring and assistance
•  Reduced call out of £90 for the first hour, for none-manufacturers’ warranty issues (then £60 per hour or part-hour after that)
•  An engineer to visit site within 48-72 hours

Our Care Plan Includes Your Annual Service

• Empty all filters
• Check the pressure of your unit
• Check parameters/all internal serviceable parts
• Check the integrity of water
• general performance check
• Clean the outside of the Heat Pump

For a second Air Source Heat Pump there will be a surcharge of £10 per month.
