ASHP installed June 2023 along with Solar iBoost and car charger. Revisited several times to check and perform snagging. System is great when paired with PV, much better than a gas combi-boiler and we can make use of cheap night-time electricity from Octopus to charge batteries then use for the heating during the day.
They also sorted all paperwork for the government scheme and did an MCS cert for our solar PV so we can now get export payments which is definitely worth it during the summer months.
Really glad we chose a local company that want to do a good job for all the right reasons.

After having troublesome air source heat pumps from a now-defunct UK company, we decided to change to a NIBE unit. Michael from Abacus carried out the installation in a very professional manner and was really knowledgeable about the unit.
My heating costs have dropped considerably, around 30%. The unit is also extremely quiet. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Abacus and NIBE
